David D. Burns

David brings an energetic and creative approach to his work as an Associate at Tanner Bishop. His practice is focused on general and commercial litigation and appeals including disputes involving property rights, contracts, construction defects, real estate and banking relationships, and product defects. David also has experience in bankruptcy proceedings, having represented trustees, debtors and creditors and has represented both employers and former employees in labor and employment disputes.

David is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Jacksonville Chapter. David is the Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Section of The Jacksonville Bar Association and was an associate member of the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court. David was also recently recognized by the Federal Bar Association, Jacksonville Chapter, for his pro bono work in federal court.
